Add more details to Ballincollig Royal Gunpowder Mills based on 1st/2nd edition OS maps, plus another review of some of the info boards at the Regional Park (which I previously photographed)

fixme | Flow direction. Based on OS maps, it makes sense for the water to flow from the northern canal to the southern one, but I suspect that the saw- / charcoal mills predate the former. So it could have flowed northwards into the Lee, via culverts… |
