As you stated in the changeset comment that this was test it does indeed so show up on the map and since I am assuming you did not mean to put this in here permanently I'll be removing it as it was intended as a test and to make sure the map is accurate when displaying countries.

I don't see any evidence proving this was a country of some sorts before. I find these edits you've been making to be a bit odd as they don't seem to be of features that actually exist.
